Our commitment, and how to report a barrier.
Litguide is built to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the standard set out in the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Every page carries an accessibility mode that raises contrast, removes motion, underlines links and strengthens focus indicators.
If you meet a barrier on this site or inside the platform, report it to us here and tell us the page and what happened. If a chat window is itself difficult for you to use, write to feedback@litguide.ca instead. We acknowledge every report within two working days and will tell you what we intend to do about it.
Accessible formats of anything on this site are available on request, at no extra cost.
