Who should be in the room.

A demo works best with the person who owns literacy results and the person who owns the tooling. Both, ideally.

Board or superintendent lead
Owns literacy results across schools and signs the licence. Gets the readiness view and the procurement answers.
Principal or department head
Owns what happens in class. Sees how assignments, marking and levels land for teachers.
Privacy or IT officer
Optional, but welcome. Data residency, single sign on and deletion are covered in the last five minutes.
